4000D Module
The 25 pair splicing module contains self-stripping phosphor bronze U-contacts, wire channels, and stainless steel cut-off blades. It is used for two-wire splicing applications.
All materials is suitable for operation in the tropic with maximum temperature up to 80oC.
All materials used in the connectors shall be non-toxic and dermatologically safe.
Connectors can retain the electrical & mechanical properties in the test report over working temperature range -40oC to 70oC and humidity range of 0% to 85%.

1.The MT-4000 10/25-pair module combines a 4000-D/TR module with a 4075S sealant box. This combination offers waterproof* splicing of copper in buried, aerial, and underground applications. The module also makes reentry into splices encapsulated with reenterable gel much easier. Because the sealant box prevents encapsulants from filling the wire channels and test entry ports, modules may be tested at any time once the sealant box is removed.It is used for two-wire
splicing applications.
2.The Module accepts 0.65-0.32mm(22-28 AWG) solid copper conductors with PIC, pulp or paper insulation diameters 1.65mm(0.065") in the insulation displacement contact(IDC) at both ends of the element.
3.The length is 176mm (6.93"). The width is 17.5mm (0.689"). The crimp Height is 21mm (0.827").
4.All materials is suitable for operation in the tropic with maximum temperature up to 70oC.
